Deputy Manager: Therapeutic Care Leader for Young People

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager and lead a team of Residential Child Care Workers in our North England and Scotland services. The role emphasizes promoting therapeutic parenting, safeguarding, and staff development in a busy residential setting.

You’ll work a rota of two days on (48 hours including sleepovers) and four days off, with an average weekly schedule of 56.4 hours.
