Interim Head of Service — Edge of Care Improvement Lead

Baltimore Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Service for England’s Children’s Services. This 6-month interim assignment offers an urgent start and a hybrid working pattern with approx. 1-2 days on site.

You will lead Edge of Care, CIN and Child Protection, drive improvements to reduce demand and strengthen safeguarding pathways while reporting within the existing Head of Service structure.
