Site-Based New Build Housing Sales Specialist

Approach Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join a private regional 5* developer on a permanent basis at their Derby site.

You will drive sales for New Build housing, manage appointments and transactions, and maintain CRM records throughout the customer journey. In this role you will meet quarterly sales targets, collaborate with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams, and uphold health and safety standards on site.
