Loan Documentation & Closing Specialist

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Loans Transaction Management Specialist within the Credit Products Delivery team. You will serve as a middle office partner handling negotiation and review of facility documentation and end-to-end loan transactions for corporate clients.

Collaborate with client coverage teams, external counsel, and facility agents. You will work to deliver best-in-class documentation and support for bilateral and syndicated facilities, maintaining strong controls and timely resolutions
