Deputy Manager – Residential Children’s Homes (Brandon/Shotley)

Suffolk County Council is seeking a Deputy Manager to support two one-bed children’s homes in Brandon and Shotley. You will lead day-to-day operations and ensure safe, nurturing environments for children aged 11-17. You will work across both locations, share on-call duties, and help maintain regulatory compliance and high care standards.

Salary £42,123-£48,607 plus 10% Residential Enhancement Allowance. This is a permanent contract.
