Staff Backend Engineer – Remote UK, Impact-Driven

Slice is hiring a Staff Software Developer to join our Services team across the UK. You’ll design, build, and ship backend features in Python (Flask), with optional Go or Ruby work and cloud services, delivering reliable, scalable solutions for our restaurant partners.

You will own end-to-end projects in a small, distributed team, collaborate with product and design, and advocate for performance, testing, and monitoring. The role is remote-friendly with a Belfast office for onsite collaboration.
