Guest Experience Front Office Associate

Ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square is seeking a Front Office Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will multi-task in a bustling setting, assisting across front desk and related outlets, including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner, while supporting Reservations and Back Office teams as needed.

Fluency in English is essential to warmly welcome guests and ensure smooth service throughout their stay.
