Domestic Abuse Think Family Service Manager

Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Domestic Abuse Service Manager to lead the Domestic Abuse Think Family Service in Solihull and across partner sites within the area.

You will provide day-to-day leadership, supervise Senior Domestic Abuse Practitioners, and oversee high-risk cases, ensuring safeguarding, multi-agency collaboration, and robust risk management. A minimum of 2 years in domestic abuse settings is required, with strong communication and data reporting skills.
