Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator — Flexible Locum

Sanctuary Personnel are recruiting for a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator in Forest Hill, Lewisham, London. The role is a locum, full-time for 3 months, based at the main office with GP Shared Care settings.

You will manage caseloads, deliver evidence-based interventions, coordinate care with GPs and social care, and support harm minimisation. The position offers an hourly umbrella rate and standard hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
