Employment Tribunal Advocate — Lead Case Manager

Elcons Employment Law Consultants Limited in Ripponden is seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate to join our legal services team. You will manage Employment Tribunal cases from instruction to conclusion and represent clients at hearings, drawing on strong knowledge of UK employment law.

This office-based role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with potential travel to tribunals. A three-month probation applies and a supportive team environment is offered.
