I’m partnered with an early-stage AI company building the infrastructure behind how next-generation models are trained. They have serious funding, serious technical problems and a small, very strong team.

• TypeScript/Node.js preferred, but any strong typed-language background is welcome
• Distributed systems, backend services and data platforms
• 2 days a week in the office
• Hands-on roles with real ownership
• Strong base salary and equity

You don’t need an AI background, just strong engineering fundamentals and curiosity.
