Interim HR Advisor — Onsite Penrith (6-Month)

Go Fractional seeks an Interim HR Advisor to join onsite in Penrith, Cumbria. You will partner with managers to provide practical guidance on people matters and lead employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary and absence management.

You will coach managers to improve performance and wellbeing, build strong site relationships through floor walks, and support recruitment activities from interviewing to onboarding to deliver a positive employee experience.
