Firebird is an intermittent independent women‑led boutique restaurant in the heart of London, located in Soho. It has an ever changing menu influenced by Mediterranean cuisine all cooked from a charcoal grill in an open kitchen.
Ideal Candidate
- Has experience working with open fire
- Experienced in both service and prep (3+ years in chef roles)
- Speaks fluent English
- Someone hard‑working and dedicated to high standards of work
- Possesses a ‘can‑do’ attitude, positive and outgoing
- Has a Level 2 food hygiene certification
