Support Worker

Shoreham-by-Sea area.

Client and Role:• Our client is in his 30s living with complex conditions and requires support for personal care , medication administration and out and about in the community• Our client loves attending the gym ,swimming, watching films and listening to music
Successful Applicant:• Must hold a UK driving license• Must have experience working with complex conditions and challening behavior (ABI,CP)• Excellent verbal communication skills• Must be physically fit to support client with swimming and the gym
