Deputy Manager
for a newly developed Supported Living service.This is an exciting opportunity to join a new service supporting adults with complex needs to live as independently as possible. As a Deputy Manager you’ll work alongside an experienced Registered Manager and wider management team to help develop the service and ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.Leading and supporting a team of Support Workers.Assisting with rotas, administration and medication.Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex support requirements.Supporting with behaviours that challenge and positive behaviour support.Assisting with safeguarding, risk management and incident reporting.
