Corporate Insurance & Claims Lead — Risk, Strategy & Advisory

Clancy is seeking an experienced Insurance Manager at its Harefield site to lead the corporate insurance programme and oversee claims activity. You will partner with operations, finance, legal and HSEQ teams, brokers and insurers to shape risk management and secure best value.

You will line-manage a small team, provide practical insurance guidance to senior leaders, review contractual requirements, and drive continuous improvement across processes and reporting.
