EDI Strategy Lead & Policy Manager – Police

South Wales Police invites applications for an EDI Strategic Advisor and Policy Manager. You will lead the development of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies, standards and reporting frameworks within Corporate Services, and advise senior leaders on strategic direction.

You will establish governance, monitor performance, ensure compliance with equality legislation, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive inclusive practice across the Force and communities we serve.
