Treasury Dealing Lead – Hybrid & Liquidity Strategy

OSB Group’s Treasury team is the engine of our financial strategy. This front-office role supports the Head of Treasury Dealing to manage daily liquidity, optimise the HQLA buffer and hedge rate risk, translating ALCO directives into market trades while meeting UK regulatory requirements.

We offer a base salary from £80,000 per annum, a discretionary bonus, 30 days leave, pension options and a flexible hybrid-working model, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
