Senior QS – Social Housing Refurbishment (Romford, Freelance)

O’Neill and Brennan are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Romford on a long-term freelance basis with the potential for permanent.

You will be responsible for social housing maintenance and refurbishment schemes for local authorities, taking commercial responsibility, managing subcontract packages, valuations, variations and final accounts.
