UK Payroll Lead: Compliance, Automation & Impact

Smiths Detection is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the UK payroll for approximately 500 employees. This is not a routine processing role; you will lead governance, ensure compliance, and partner with HR, Finance and external providers to deliver accurate payroll.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive improvements, shape future systems, and become the in-house payroll expert across UK entities.
