(AA31) Service Charge Accountant

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client seeking a Service Charge Accountant. The successful candidate will manage service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage service charge accounts and reconciliations
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial performance
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors on service charge matters
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting, ideally in service charge or property management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software
