Guest Experience Receptionist – Front Desk

IBIS London City Shoreditch, part of Accor, is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage front-of-house at the hotel’s busy lobby. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs with a smile, assist with information requests, and support the bar or F&B teams when needed. Fluent English and eligibility to live/work in the UK are required.
