Cryogenic SiGe Research Fellow – Caltech Collaboration

University of Warwick’s Semiconductor Research Group is seeking a Research Fellow with advanced experimental skills in semiconductor materials science and cryogenic electrical characterization. You’ll perform I–V, C–V and G–V measurements from room temperature to ~2 K and integrate results with TEM, XRD and AFM analyses.
