Support Worker – Enable Independence (No Experience Needed)

Positive Futures in Lisburn is recruiting for a Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism or brain injury live independently with real choice. No formal qualifications needed; kindness, patience and a sense of fun are valued.

Full induction and supportive team are provided. You’ll assist with daily living, money management, personal care, community activities, and advocacy support when needed while maintaining dignity and respect.
