Junior SHE Advisor: Safety, Compliance & Training

Blue Arrow is urgently recruiting for a SHE Advisor to join our client’s team based in the Llantrisant area. The role combines administration and learning and development with a focus on health, safety and environmental leadership.

Salary £35-£42,000pa depending on experience. 12 Month initial contract with potential to extend. Monday to Friday days. This junior role emphasizes governance, audits, training delivery and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.
