Cluster Estates Surveyor – Hybrid Role in Schools

REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking a Cluster Surveying Partner to join our Estates Team. The role covers condition and compliance surveys across a cluster of academies, with a mix of home working and school visits, typically 3–4 days per week.

You will develop costed maintenance plans, manage minor capital and refurbishment projects, and provide professional estates advice to headteachers and site teams, liaising with local authorities and regulators.
