Holt Engineering is recruiting for a Factory Labourer to join a well-established and growing automotive operation in Poole.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically minded, hands-on individual who enjoys working with tools and assembling mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities for the Factory Labourer:

• Assemble and fit mechanical and automotive components
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow technical instructions and assembly processes
• Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
• Work efficiently to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For in the Factory Labourer:

• Previous mechanical, assembly or hands-on experience
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Good practical and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking approach
• Good health and safety awareness
• Ability to work well as part of a team
