Maternity Cover: Trauma-Informed Housing Support

North Yorkshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Support Assistant at Derwent Lodge in Malton. The role focuses on fostering a safe, supportive environment for 14 residents with complex needs, including addictions and trauma.

You will work with a diverse team to deliver person-centred plans and activities, promoting independence and well-being. Hours are part-time (12.75 per week) with a flexible two-week rota and weekend working.
