Lead & Mentor Team – Residential Children’s Home

MacIntyre is seeking a Team Leader at our Wingrave residential children’s home in the United Kingdom. You will lead a small team supporting 10 children with learning disabilities and/or autism, ensuring a warm, nurturing environment where each child feels valued and safe.

You’ll mentor staff, collaborate with families and professionals, and promote person-centred plans. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with shifts including day, late, and admin, plus every other weekend and some bank
