Encirc Ltd is seeking a graduate Forming Engineer to join the Glass team at Elton, Cheshire. This role offers hands-on experience across hot end and cold end operations, with exposure to advanced technology and opportunities to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

You will work on real projects from day one, participate in the Graduate Development Programme, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Logistics teams to build a foundation for future leadership.
