Senior Housing Standards & Health Enforcer

Dorset Council is seeking a Housing Standards Officer to drive enforcement of private rented sector rules under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025. You will work within the Housing Standards Team to improve housing conditions and protect tenants’ rights across Dorset.

This role involves licensing of HMOs, enforcement of energy efficiency standards, and a path to specialist licensing work in Park Home sites, with hybrid working and professional development opportunities.
