Forestry England in Bristol is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support staff with IT questions and queries. You will maintain high customer service standards, respond promptly, and see issues through to resolution, working closely with the IT Service Desk and broader IT team.
The role is based onsite in Bristol, 37 hours per week, with a weekend/on-call rota as part of the service. A flexible, blended approach to future ways of working is encouraged where feasible.
