Associate Director, Cost Management — Lead Midlands QS Team

Built Alliance Recruitment Ltd is working with a leading award-winning construction and development consultancy in Birmingham. The Associate Director will be second-in-command, developing the QS team and shaping how it runs, with responsibility across healthcare, education and commercial schemes.

You’ll lead cost management, cost plans, and commercial strategy on a varied Midlands project book, collaborate with PMs from early RIBA stages, and manage stakeholders, design teams and contractors.
