Mission Underwriting Services is seeking an Account Director to manage a portfolio of MGAs, delivering initiatives that grow GWP, profitability and partner confidence. You will work with MGA CEOs, founders and underwriters, shaping strategy, business plans and driving execution across finance, distribution and marketing teams.
You will partner with Mission specialists to onboard MGAs, steer governance, and support growth from onboarding through to scale.
