Patient Care Advisor – Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Marshalls Cross Medical Centre, part of MWL NHS Trust, is hiring a Patient Care Advisor for 30 hours per week. You will be the friendly face of the reception, handling bookings, inquiries and patient flow with empathy and efficiency. Location is St Helens Hospital.

The role requires GP practice reception experience, excellent communication, and meticulous administrative skills. Training and development opportunities are provided.
