Manufacturing HSE Officer — ISO 45001/14001

Proftech Talent is recruiting an Environment, Health and Safety Officer for a manufacturing site in Banbury. The role reports to the HSE Manager and focuses on maintaining ISO 45001/14001 compliance, risk assessments, incident management and a proactive safety culture.

You will lead site-wide HSE initiatives, deliver training, support audits, and help drive continuous improvement. NEBOSH certification and strong MS Office skills are preferred, with a practical, hands-on approach to safety.
