Are you a part-qualified accountant looking to build your career in Financial Planning & Analysis?
We’re looking for an FP&A Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your FP&A skills, work closely with senior stakeholders and gain valuable commercial finance experience.
This permanent position is based upon 37.5hrs/week, which following a successful training and induction period will operate on a hybrid basis to include 3 days per based onsite at our Letchworth central offices.
The Day to Day
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Producing management reports, KPI reporting and performance analysis.Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.Building and improving financial models and forecasting tools.Working with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and planning processes.
Who we’re looking for
Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or actively studying).Experience within Finance, FP&A, Management Accounts, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis.Strong Excel and data analysis skills.Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.A proactive approach with a desire to learn and develop.
