Head of Luxury Travel Operations & P&L

Bellamy.ai is seeking a senior leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations for a London-based independent luxury travel operator. You will lead a senior team, protect service standards and grow revenue and margin while staying hands-on with core operations.

This role is not about strategy decks; you will run the business, negotiate supplier contracts, manage FX, and ensure compliance with ATOL, IATA, GDPR, and CAA, with a clear path to the top leadership role.
