Senior Origination Director, Asset-Backed Finance

Triple Point Specialty Finance seeks an Origination Director to own end-to-end asset-backed facilities, sourcing and structuring new transactions, and presenting to Credit Committee in London. You will lead deal delivery, manage borrower relationships, and expand the introducer network while mentoring junior colleagues.

You will help shape portfolio strategy as the team builds new capabilities, including Forward Flow and mezzanine strategies, driving growth and market presence.
