EMEA SDR Manager: Lead, Coach & Scale Pipeline

LangChain is seeking a Manager – Sales Development Representatives (SDR) for London to lead and scale our founding EMEA SDR team. You will coach SDRs, shape outbound/inbound playbooks, and partner with sales, marketing, and RevOps to drive pipeline.

You’ll own performance management, recruiting, and development, using data to optimize conversion rates and account targeting, while collaborating across GTM to accelerate growth.
