Hybrid Senior Governance Lead, Board & Committee

Standard Life is seeking a Deputy Governance Officer to lead one of two Governance Teams within the Group Governance function. The role partners with Chairs, Boards, Committees and Directors to maintain strong governance across listed, regulated and subsidiary entities.

You will drive board cycles, provide trusted advice and ensure clear decisions and accountability. The position is permanent in London or Edinburgh with hybrid working, offering a competitive salary and an indicative bonus range.
