Site Manager, Feed Mill Operations – Navenby

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking a skilled Site Manager for the Navenby Feed Mill in Lincolnshire. You will lead production, quality, planning and administration, ensuring safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop staff, manage budgets and KPIs, and coordinate with transport and supply chains to deliver feed to farms. A degree and feed industry experience are preferred.
