Job Description:
JOTA is seeking a Composite Technician in Oxford to laminate pre-preg carbon fibre components and tooling to exacting tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in composite laminating, preferably in F1, motorsport, or high-end automotive sectors, and can read drawings and ply books while maintaining health and safety standards. You will work with minimal supervision and collaborate across departments to meet production targets.
