Insights Manager – Data & Guest Experience for Venues

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an Insights Manager for Jockey Club Experiences across London, Liverpool or Birmingham. You will deliver holistic data and insights to venue decision makers, shaping pricing, operations, sustainability, guest experience and technology strategies.

You will build action plans with operations to maximise revenue, inform ROI models, and provide data tools to support sustainable choices and improved guest services.
