Group HR Partner: Growth, Policy & Senior Hiring

Teqnion West is seeking an experienced HR professional to shape our pan-group employment standards. You will report to the Group Chief Executive and influence directors across multiple sites.

Based at our Birmingham office with hybrid travel to group companies, you will own end-to-end senior recruitment, create templates and policies, and lead HR due diligence during acquisitions to ensure seamless integration and consistent pay structures.
