Lead EMHP Supervisor: Shape Youth Mental Health in Schools

Compass Birmingham MHST is seeking a Supervising Practitioner to lead a small team delivering evidence-based mental health interventions in schools. You will provide clinical supervision, support EMHPs and trainees, and help embed safeguarding and good practice across the service.

You will work with schools and senior leads to promote whole-school approaches to mental wellbeing and drive a culture where practitioners can thrive.
