Clinical CAMHS Social Worker – Crisis & Family Support

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Social Worker for the Clinical CAMHS team (Band 7) to work in the Tri-borough CAMHS Alliance. The post prioritises those with Crisis and Home Treatment experience and a track record of engaging young people and families.

The role involves comprehensive assessments, risk assessment and planning within a multidisciplinary team, delivery of brief interventions, and providing consultation to families and professionals to support crisis care in the CAMHS pathway.
