Support Worker – Women’s Housing & Empowerment (Norwich)

Orwell Housing is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Hinde House in Norwich. You will deliver personalised, strengths-based support to women who are homeless or at risk, helping them set goals, access resources and build confidence in a safe environment.

The role involves collaboration with partners, safeguarding practices, and contributing to a holistic service that advances residents’ independence and wellbeing. DBS checks are part of the process; visa sponsorship is not offered.
