Flexible Job Coach — Remote & On‑Site Support

Mencap is seeking compassionate, self-motivated Flexible Job Coaches to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism in Birmingham and the Black Country. The role involves personalised 1:1 coaching, travel training, interview prep, and on-site or ad-hoc support as needed.

You will work with caseworkers and tutors to set goals, track progress, liaise with employers, and help learners become confident and independent in their workplace journey.
