Senior Care Lead: Inspire Team & Elevate Elder Care

Barchester Healthcare in Beverley is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will provide person-centred care and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, while helping create a warm, welcoming and vibrant home for residents.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate warmth, compassion and a commitment to individualised care.
